Return and Exchange Policies

First: Exchange Policy

For products shipped from KDX Store, the customer has the right to request an exchange on the same day of receipt, and the exchange and receipt of the new product can be completed within 14 business days.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all original packaging, labels, and warranty card.
  • The customer bears shipping costs if the reason for exchange is not due to an error from KDX Store.
  • If the error is from KDX Store (e.g., wrong product, wrong size), we will bear all shipping and exchange costs.
  • If the error is from KDX Store (e.g., wrong product, wrong size, damaged product), the store bears all shipping and exchange costs.
Second: Return Policy (No Reason Required)

The customer has the right to request a refund from KDX within the receipt date in the following cases:

  • Product unavailable after payment (full amount will be refunded).
  • The amount will be refunded using the same payment method within 14 business days of review and approval.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded if the return reason is not related to an error from KDX Store.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all its accessories.
  • The amount will be refunded using the same payment method within 1 business day of review and approval.
Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products
  • Products that have been used or whose original packaging has been opened.
  • Products sold during final clearance sales.
Third: Damaged or Mismatched Products Policy (Immediate Handling)
  • If a damaged or mismatched product is received, the customer must report it within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Attach clear photos or a video showing the condition, and the request will be handled the same day.
  • KDX Store bears all shipping costs in this case.
  • The amount will be refunded using the same payment method within 1 business day of review and approval.
  • We appreciate your trust in us, so we offer you a gift as a token of our commitment to your satisfaction.
  • If a product defect is confirmed by our team, you will be provided with a discount coupon or a satisfactory gift sent to your email or phone number after the process is completed.
KDX Store reserves the right to refuse the request in the following cases:
  • Lack of clear evidence.
  • Proof of product usage.
  • Damage resulting from misuse.
